Use of Our Website
You may use our website to learn about our services, book appointments, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.
Appointments & Booking
Sessions, packages, and memberships are subject to availability. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking or membership sign-up. We reserve the right to modify our scheduling, pricing, and program offerings at any time.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in fitness training, EMS activation, body composition scanning, and related services involves physical exertion and carries an inherent risk of injury. By participating, you acknowledge this risk and confirm that you are voluntarily participating. Clients will be asked to review and sign a separate liability waiver and health questionnaire in-studio prior to their first session.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our booking form, website, or in-studio intake, you consent to receive text messages from Burn Fitness Studio for appointment reminders, account and membership updates, and, if separately opted in, promotional messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Payments & Pricing
Prices for sessions, packages, and memberships are as listed on our website or communicated at booking, and are subject to change. Promotional pricing applies only under the terms stated at the time of offer.
